Returning Items
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order still contains all the correct parts, components, and the packaging is exactly as the product arrived.
2. There is clear evidence of normal handling of the product; damage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. A return shipment will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our control.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to initiate the return process:
- Send an email to: info@anostreme.com
- Ensure that the email contains the following details: Order number, Reason for the return request, Photo of the product in case of damage, First name + last name of the customer, Customer's address.

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. Never send the return shipment to the sender; we will provide you with the correct address after you request it from us. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal according to the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Right of withdrawal
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, receives or has accepted the goods.

Because we operate with a fully automated system, orders are executed immediately upon placement. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery has taken place, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Anostreme, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). The revocation is complete when we receive the goods. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Registration for shipments in transit
Because our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer delivery times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible return shipment, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund.
